Job Summary
An investigation company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing report research and analysis for internal and external customers
- Ensuring that reports and information requests are delivered on time
- Monitoring, entering, updateing, and closing Service Center tickets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent
- Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Siebel or equivalent CRM system knowledge
