Job Summary

An investigation company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing report research and analysis for internal and external customers
  • Ensuring that reports and information requests are delivered on time
  • Monitoring, entering, updateing, and closing Service Center tickets

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Siebel or equivalent CRM system knowledge
