Job Summary
A provider of background screening, identity, and information solutions has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing report research and analysis for internal and external customer
- Verifying the accuracy of customer billing and identifying aging invoice issues
- Identifying and generating at least 1 sales lead per month
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience includes direct interactions with external customers
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Knowledge of Siebel or equivalent CRM system
