Job Summary

A provider of background screening, identity, and information solutions has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing report research and analysis for internal and external customer
  • Verifying the accuracy of customer billing and identifying aging invoice issues
  • Identifying and generating at least 1 sales lead per month

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience includes direct interactions with external customers
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Knowledge of Siebel or equivalent CRM system
