Job Summary
A data tracking technology company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving business results and improving operational processes for our customers
- Developing familiarity with customer data to be able to identify new data requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Math/Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working on a BI tool (Tableau, SAS, Power BI, etc..)
- Ability to convert vague business requirements into functional analytics implementation
- Ability to work directly with different functions on the client side
