Job Summary
A provider of open source integration software is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver product roadmap presentations to customers
- Drive customer's feature requests with Product Management and Engineering
- Successfully manage accounts at both business and technical levels
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 30%
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher
- 10+ years’ relevant work experience as a technical architect, solution engineer or senior consultant
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills at all levels
