Job Summary
A leader in big data and cloud integration solutions is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Architect Solution Architect.
Must be able to:
- Develop architecture and best practices guidance for customers
- Work directly with customers to get them unstuck in complex design and deployment situations
- Deliver product roadmap presentations to customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Flexibility to travel 30%
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or higher
- 10 years’ relevant work experience in technical architect, solution engineer or senior consultant
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills at all levels
- Ability to prioritize, escalate and lead efforts on complex customer requests
- Ability to work independently and within a team
