Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Prepping customer service tickets in a professional and timely fashion
- Understanding and articulating the customer's reason for calling in
- Providing 1st level phone support to all incoming calls, including existing customers and sales leads
Position Requirements Include:
- The ability to understand how SaaS software systems function and to troubleshoot basic issues
- Access to a desktop/laptop with wired internet connection w/minimum speed of 5 Mbps
- 2 years customer support experience
