Job Summary

A business services and development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Best Practices Research Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Research and write scalable resources
  • Lead and support qualitative and quantitative research
  • Build out and maintain content methodologies for best practices

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel:Up to 25% annually
  • 5 to 15 years of experience in management consulting, research, and/or enterprise software implementation and product management
  • Experience distilling and documenting best practices
  • Expertise in designing and writing consumable best practice resource
  • Excellent understanding of shared services operational models (especially in IT)
