Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring team performance on key metrics and employee satisfaction
  • Monitoring identified accounts.overall post-sales relationship with team’s assigned accounts
  • Managing the achievement of key performance indicators for team’s portfolio

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in business discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in software or high tech marketing, commercial operations, sales, or service
  • 5+ years of experience in a direct customer facing role
  • 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
