Job Summary
A computer software company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing proficiency with all Fairmarkit solutions
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels within the customer organization
- Developing, delivering, and executing customer success plans which define key outcomes and measures for success
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors' degree in a related field
- A proven track record of successfully carrying a quota in prior roles.
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience in the enterprise SaaS software space
- Prior experience in enterprise procurement
- Strong executive presence at the VP level and above
- Experience with the development, execution, and ongoing analytical review of Customer Success plan performance
