Job Summary

A computer software company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing proficiency with all Fairmarkit solutions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels within the customer organization
  • Developing, delivering, and executing customer success plans which define key outcomes and measures for success

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelors' degree in a related field
  • A proven track record of successfully carrying a quota in prior roles.
  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in the enterprise SaaS software space
  • Prior experience in enterprise procurement
  • Strong executive presence at the VP level and above
  • Experience with the development, execution, and ongoing analytical review of Customer Success plan performance
