Job Summary

An interior decorating company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Director in Portland.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure consistently great customer experiences across all stages, channels and touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Lead a distributed team of Customer Success specialists in the US
  • Manage vendor relationships with Tier 1 support abroad

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of work experience
  • 3+ years in customer success/experience/support leadership positions
  • Ability to acquire new product knowledge and engage with product team to help shape the Customer Success product roadmap
  • Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player
  • Willingness and eagerness to lead a distributed team
