Job Summary
A cloud security company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Enablement Engineer in San Jose.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work cross functionally with Product, Engineering and Support teams to build best practices for adopting our technology
- Develop reusable technical enablement content: best practice guides, demo videos, and technical presentations
- Identify trends in Customer Scorecard health data to identify gaps in technology adoption
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in a customer facing, technical role and good understanding of HTTP and TCP/IP
- A background in Internet and Security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, and VPNs
- Experience in network transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN or WAN Optimization
