Job Summary

A WordPress hosting company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Migrating WordPress installs from other hosted providers to the company platform
  • Responding to WordPress and platform related inquiries through email-based tickets and live chat
  • Identifying and cleaning up malware-infected sites, providing advice, and preventing recurrence

Qualifications Include:

  • Annual week-long company retreat
  • A solid foundation in WordPress
  • Knowledge and experience with common web technologies
  • Advanced proficiency using the command line, WP-CLI, and an understanding of the domain name system (DNS), domain registration, and email various email setups
