Job Summary

An information technology and software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working closely with customers to help them set up the company's software
  • Onboarding and supporting our customers as the technical point of contact
  • Building best practices for onboarding across different technologies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of technical product support, engineering, or software deployment experience
  • Experience working directly with customers to debug common errors
  • Demonstrateand prove capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
  • Able to work with Git in general and ideally GitHub in particular
  • Strong ops/infrastructure knowledge, especially networking and security
  • Able to tie business problems to technical solutions
