Job Summary
An information technology and software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with customers to help them set up the company's software
- Onboarding and supporting our customers as the technical point of contact
- Building best practices for onboarding across different technologies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of technical product support, engineering, or software deployment experience
- Experience working directly with customers to debug common errors
- Demonstrateand prove capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
- Able to work with Git in general and ideally GitHub in particular
- Strong ops/infrastructure knowledge, especially networking and security
- Able to tie business problems to technical solutions
