Job Summary

A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Engineer in Arlington.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing training for software admins, analyst users, and executives
  • Driving elimination of any customer or internal bottlenecks impeding problem resolution
  • Managing the logistical aspects of any events, on-sites, or remotely attended customer-facing events
