Job Summary

An enterprise computing platform provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Engineering Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and managing a team of Customer Success Engineers
  • Coordinating and executing all post-sales technical activities in the US
  • Providing partnership with and technical support of the Customer Success sales team

Required Skills:

  • Must be able to travel to manage a remote team
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent degree
  • Knowledge in at least one HPC discipline
  • A proven track record in Consultancy, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management
  • Good understanding of Linux environment and Shell scripting
  • Experience with at least one public cloud provider. (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM)
