Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Executive.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales Executives to make sure customers have the resources they need
- Maintain product expertise across the product line
- Produce quality decks to showcase customer growth, trends, and product/industry maturity
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Bachelors of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
- Consulting background and professional project management experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent executive communication skills, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
