Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Executive in Boston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring our customers are getting adequate ROI out of the platform
  • Working with sales executives to make sure customers have the resources they need
  • Maintaining product expertise across the company product line

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelors of Arts OR Bachelor of Science degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent executive communication skills, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
  • Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs
  • Consulting background and professional project management experience
