Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Executive in Boston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring our customers are getting adequate ROI out of the platform
- Working with sales executives to make sure customers have the resources they need
- Maintaining product expertise across the company product line
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Bachelors of Arts OR Bachelor of Science degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent executive communication skills, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
- Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs
- Consulting background and professional project management experience
