A market research marketplace has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining and optimizing the customer journey for our global customers
- Defining operational effectiveness metrics for the team and establish a system for tracking metrics
- Performing duties assigned
Qualifications for this position include:
- You have between 3-5 yrs of experience leading a customer success team, either as a team lead or unit leader (Head, Director, VP)
- You are results driven and enjoy setting, managing, and measuring performance metrics for your team
- You are passionate about motivating others and driving a team to do their best work
- You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback and know this a key component of building a high performing team
