Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping both developers and providers directly
- Documenting the answers to repeated questions
- Driving improvements to our process and products
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience creating support processes
- Experience leading or managing a support team
- Enough technical experience to be able to recognize configuration and simple code errors
