An information technology company specializing in developer productivity is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience creating support processes
  • Experience leading or managing a support team
  • Enough technical experience to be able to recognize configuration and simple code errors
