Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Lead Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering right technology to customers and making sure they can use it
  • Supporting operational coverage of all customers, following up, and solving incidents
  • Notifying the correct channels with customer feedback

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience with system engineering and/or operations, and customer support
  • Minimal project management skills
  • Technical knowledge on the following technologies: Container platforms (AWS ECS, Kubernetes), Public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AWS CodeDeploy, Terraform, Puppet
  • Knowledge of other system monitoring applications: Icinga, Prometheus and other monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of common application architectures and development workflows
