Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Lead Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering right technology to customers and making sure they can use it
- Supporting operational coverage of all customers, following up, and solving incidents
- Notifying the correct channels with customer feedback
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience with system engineering and/or operations, and customer support
- Minimal project management skills
- Technical knowledge on the following technologies: Container platforms (AWS ECS, Kubernetes), Public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AWS CodeDeploy, Terraform, Puppet
- Knowledge of other system monitoring applications: Icinga, Prometheus and other monitoring tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of common application architectures and development workflows
