Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establishing strong relationships with executive sponsors and key contacts within customer organizations
- Providing guidance in best practice and identify optimization opportunities
- Providing feedback to product management and educate customers on product enhancements and road map
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise account management or consulting services
- Ability and experience with building credibility and relationships with senior leaders in enterprise organizations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
