Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Establishing strong relationships with executive sponsors and key contacts within customer organizations
  • Providing guidance in best practice and identify optimization opportunities
  • Providing feedback to product management and educate customers on product enhancements and road map

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time
  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise account management or consulting services
  • Ability and experience with building credibility and relationships with senior leaders in enterprise organizations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
