Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Translating business requirements into tactical, technical plans and articulating outcomes in both contexts
  • Soliciting and considering all points of view and provide honest and constructive feedback
  • Supporting and mentoring junior resources; promoting team success

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel to host client events
  • University degree/College diploma in Business Administration, Computer Sciences or related field
  • Ability to switch contexts quickly and often, from customer to customer and from topic to topic
  • Ability to maintain constant awareness of high-priority issues
  • Deep experience leading Agile and Waterfall-based project delivery
