Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, preparing, and nurturing customers for advocacy
- Educating customers on new features and services
- Aiding customer in achieving their goals while identifying up sell opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience
- Demonstrated success in Customer Success, Customer Engagement or Services function
- Proven track record leading customer engagements
