Job Summary
A source-to-pay solution company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Get the accurate pulse of customer needs, goals and expectations
- Identify opportunities and execute strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure the customer pulse is strong
- Generate opportunities & leads for upsell and cross-sell
