Job Summary

A source-to-pay solution company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Get the accurate pulse of customer needs, goals and expectations
  • Identify opportunities and execute strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure the customer pulse is strong
  • Generate opportunities & leads for upsell and cross-sell

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Open to Travel
  • Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency
  • Strong analytical skills; problem solving skills
  • Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation
