Job Summary

A business products and solutions provider is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Meeting or exceeding designated goals in order to meet retention target
  • Managing account related activities including renewal notification
  • Ensuring customers are leveraging products and services and achieving success

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel, 25% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales is required
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales with a strong proven record
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and Webex meeting software
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
