Job Summary
A business products and solutions provider is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting or exceeding designated goals in order to meet retention target
- Managing account related activities including renewal notification
- Ensuring customers are leveraging products and services and achieving success
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel, 25% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in Sales is required
- 5+ years of experience in Sales with a strong proven record
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and Webex meeting software
- All other requirements necessary for this position
