Job Summary

A technology firm is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning and managing a portfolio of enterprise and global clients
  • Facilitating key annual business calendar projects and requirements
  • Investigating technical issues and delivering best practice recommendations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to lead all client meetings and engagements
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in customer relationship management, consulting, and implementation
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in owning and managing large, high net worth complex clients
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience of HCM best practices
  • Project management experience
  • Experienced in communicating technical information and complex technical issues to a variety of stakeholders
