Job Summary
A technology firm is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning and managing a portfolio of enterprise and global clients
- Facilitating key annual business calendar projects and requirements
- Investigating technical issues and delivering best practice recommendations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to lead all client meetings and engagements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in customer relationship management, consulting, and implementation
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in owning and managing large, high net worth complex clients
- Comprehensive understanding and experience of HCM best practices
- Project management experience
- Experienced in communicating technical information and complex technical issues to a variety of stakeholders
