Job Summary
A health company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning all aspects of customer renewals and coordinate with the sales team on up-sells
- Organizing and leading effective customer interactions
- Developing Success Plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Approximately 30-40% regional travel is required
- Education BA/BS required
- Experience servicing National (Fortune 500) accounts for both services and support
- Ability to engage interpersonally with all levels of an organization
