Job Summary
A consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship
- Developing success plans for customers that outline their critical success factors
- Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 35%
- 2 -5 years in a customer facing services role (consulting or account management)
- Experience with issue resolution and escalation management at both the business owner and executive levels
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the Executive level
