Job Summary

A consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handling overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship
  • Developing success plans for customers that outline their critical success factors
  • Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 35%
  • 2 -5 years in a customer facing services role (consulting or account management)
  • Experience with issue resolution and escalation management at both the business owner and executive levels
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the Executive level
