Job Summary

A creative and marketing services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and grow account and campaign retention at 95%
  • Assisting in meeting channel partner financial and KPI objectives
  • Increasing sales rep participation rates

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • 3-5 years experience in digital advertising, project management, media sales
  • SaaS platform experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationship with professionals of all levels
