Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping new customers with marketing strategies
- Conducting live training multiple times a week and doing on boarding classes
- Identifying problems that customers are having and finding ways to improve client retention
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Past experience in customer success,training and customer support
- Knowledge of and a genuine interest in email marketing, marketing automation, & marketing in general
- Ability to comfortably manage multiple phone calls, emails, and customer issues every day
- Understanding of improving churn and customer retention as well as a genuine care for customers success
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
