Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping new customers with marketing strategies
  • Conducting live training multiple times a week and doing on boarding classes
  • Identifying problems that customers are having and finding ways to improve client retention

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Past experience in customer success,training and customer support
  • Knowledge of and a genuine interest in email marketing, marketing automation, & marketing in general
  • Ability to comfortably manage multiple phone calls, emails, and customer issues every day
  • Understanding of improving churn and customer retention as well as a genuine care for customers success
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
