Job Summary
An IT company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Delivering quarterly business reviews
- Developing and growing accounts by providing technical expertise
- Working directly with our largest customers and partners to ensure an exceptional experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Customer-facing role within the team who ultimately owns the customer relationship
- 3- 5 yrs of success manager experience in technology
- BA or BS or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Git, the command line, and familiarity with Drupal or Wordpress
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Proven track record in managing clients, client retention, and growth
