Job Summary

An IT company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Delivering quarterly business reviews
  • Developing and growing accounts by providing technical expertise
  • Working directly with our largest customers and partners to ensure an exceptional experience

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Customer-facing role within the team who ultimately owns the customer relationship
  • 3- 5 yrs of success manager experience in technology
  • BA or BS or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Git, the command line, and familiarity with Drupal or Wordpress
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Proven track record in managing clients, client retention, and growth
