Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building customer success plans highlighting recommendations for achieving specific margin goals
  • Supporting the sales team during the initial sales process through software demonstrations and technical explanations
  • Acting as data advisor on all topics of business analytics

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
