Job Summary

A marketing company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Identify customer service trends and system or standard operating procedure
  • Maximize customer sales performance by providing resources and technical advice
  • Maintain and grow account and campaign retention at 95%

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in digital/online advertising or related environment
  • Experience with SaaS platforms such as The Trade Desk, SiteScout, AppNexus
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationship with professionals of all levels
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
