Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned key and/or strategic clients
  • Conducting periodic meetings with clients via telephone or onsite
  • Helping drive continuous improvement of products and processes

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel no less than 25% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years relevant work experience
  • Experience in dealing with large enterprise accounts
  • Relevant experience in understanding Financial Institution client needs
  • Ability to independently handle client escalations
