Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning overall relationship with assigned clients
- Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship
- Developing, preparing, and nurturing customers for advocacy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Periodic meetings at our San Jose offices and travel to customer sites
- 3+ years of relevant enterprise software experience
- Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
- Strong team player but still a self-starter
