Job Summary
A healthcare analytics provider is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Consulting with hospital clients to identify their most pressing operational needs and tailor solutions
- Planning and executing deployment of the solution through data collection, system setup, training, and rollout
- Maintaining a strong relationship with customers after an initial deployment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This role requires moderate travel (20%)
- 4+ years in a consulting role
- Strong analytical background with experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience presenting to executive level audience
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
