Job Summary

A healthcare analytics provider is in need of a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Consulting with hospital clients to identify their most pressing operational needs and tailor solutions
  • Planning and executing deployment of the solution through data collection, system setup, training, and rollout
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with customers after an initial deployment

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • This role requires moderate travel (20%)
  • 4+ years in a consulting role
  • Strong analytical background with experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience presenting to executive level audience
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
