A software company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leveraging tools, services, methodologies and best practices to support successful implementation
- Understanding and explain features and benefits of the product line as it relates to customer needs
- Empowering customers to utilize appropriate services in order to meet their operational goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3+ years’ working experience with proven ability in a customer-facing role
- Experience with cloud, databases, server applications, and infrastructure architecture
- Experience with internet technologies, web servers and web proxy servers
- Proven record in managing issues, scope, and quality
- Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks
