Job Summary

A workforce management software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Encourage and establish relationships with customers
  • Provide guidance and best practices through well written and thought out posts
  • Monitor and track customer health through data-based health scores

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • At least two years of Customer Success or Client Relationship Management or Account Management
  • At least two years of work experience with cloud computing, hosting, and/or SaaS environments
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Proven track record of thought leadership and influence
