Job Summary

A multinational corporation and global provider of collaboration software and services has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Responsible for maintaining client relationships
  • Lead the customer renewal planning cycle
  • Ensure assigned customer needs and expectations are met

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience or
  • 5 years service management across globally dispersed teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to solve complex customer issues
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Experience with UCaaS technology and terminology
