A multinational corporation and global provider of collaboration software and services has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Responsible for maintaining client relationships
- Lead the customer renewal planning cycle
- Ensure assigned customer needs and expectations are met
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience or
- 5 years service management across globally dispersed teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Ability to solve complex customer issues
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Experience with UCaaS technology and terminology
