Job Summary

A provider of event ticketing and mobile fundraising is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing exceptional support to our customers via Intercom chat
  • Creating product documentation for the knowledge base
  • Advocating for the customer and their feedback to the Product team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to multi-task while paying great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely, highly self-motivated
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting a technical product
  • English-speaking proficiency is required
  • Extremely strong written skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of activities with varying priorities
