Job Summary
A provider of event ticketing and mobile fundraising is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing exceptional support to our customers via Intercom chat
- Creating product documentation for the knowledge base
- Advocating for the customer and their feedback to the Product team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to multi-task while paying great attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely, highly self-motivated
- 2-5 years of experience supporting a technical product
- English-speaking proficiency is required
- Extremely strong written skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of activities with varying priorities
