A privately-held technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders
- Working with customers to understand their unique goals and challenges
- Handling all client related matters that need to be resolved immediately
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-2 years minimum of customer facing or account management experience
- Must be highly organized and have an acute attention to detail
- Must have proven track record of achieving results while balancing demanding expectations
- Must have a strong willingness to learn and be able to work with a team
