A privately-held technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders
  • Working with customers to understand their unique goals and challenges
  • Handling all client related matters that need to be resolved immediately

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-2 years minimum of customer facing or account management experience
  • Must be highly organized and have an acute attention to detail
  • Must have proven track record of achieving results while balancing demanding expectations
  • Must have a strong willingness to learn and be able to work with a team
