Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide a concierge experience for all customers
- Oversee bookings and profitability of all assigned accounts
- Build relationships with customers to ensure continued adoption and growth

- Travel 2-3x per month for site visits with customers as needed to meet in person with clients
