Job Summary

A marketing and information technology consulting firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Tracking account issues and escalate for resolution as necessary
  • Reporting status on accounts to key stakeholders
  • Creating and managing delivery of customer success plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be able to work during Eastern Time zone business hours
  • Customer Success tool experience (Gainsight, Salesforce, etc)
