Job Summary
A marketing and information technology consulting firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Tracking account issues and escalate for resolution as necessary
- Reporting status on accounts to key stakeholders
- Creating and managing delivery of customer success plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to work during Eastern Time zone business hours
- Customer Success tool experience (Gainsight, Salesforce, etc)
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
