Job Summary

A business intelligence analysis software developer has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Becoming an expert in customer use cases
Developing an understanding of Qlik products and services
Acting as a trusted/strategic advisor to each customer

Position Requirements Include:

At least 3 years’ experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar
General knowledge of/experience in the SaaS/Software industry
Ability to learn about and understand enterprise software products and business solutions
Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills
