Job Summary
A business intelligence analysis software developer has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Becoming an expert in customer use cases
- Developing an understanding of Qlik products and services
- Acting as a trusted/strategic advisor to each customer
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar
- General knowledge of/experience in the SaaS/Software industry
- Ability to learn about and understand enterprise software products and business solutions
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills
