Job Summary

A business intelligence analysis software developer has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Becoming an expert in customer use cases
  • Developing an understanding of Qlik products and services
  • Acting as a trusted/strategic advisor to each customer

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar
  • General knowledge of/experience in the SaaS/Software industry
  • Ability to learn about and understand enterprise software products and business solutions
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills
