A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

  • Tracking and monitoring customers’ account status

Qualifications Include:

  • 2 or more years’ experience in the role of Customer Success Manager or
  • Customer Service for a SaaS or
  • Strong understanding and experience using the Glofox platform
  • Experience in fitness related industries
  • Excellent customer relationship and consultative sales skills
  • Strong understanding of how to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions
