A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as primary business point of contact for clients
- Understanding and assessing client requirements, use cases, and growth drivers
- Managing the client partnership experience from onboarding onward
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 3 years customer-facing experience
- Proven track record in a consulting role
- Experience in driving value across technologically sophisticated accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment
