Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as primary business point of contact for clients
  • Understanding and assessing client requirements, use cases, and growth drivers
  • Managing the client partnership experience from onboarding onward

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum 3 years customer-facing experience
  • Proven track record in a consulting role
  • Experience in driving value across technologically sophisticated accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills internally and externally
