Job Summary

An enterprise software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Own the ultimate success of the company’s customers, including, project success, retention, and renewal
  • Identify & develop new opportunities for expansion across customer’s business & ensure subscription growth & increased footprint
  • Drive seamless adoption processes & work cross-functionally with our product & services team

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience leading client relationships and building relationships in software as a service, mobile or marketing environments
  • Cross-functional experience working across teams like sales, product, business development and marketing
  • 3+ years Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience in project or product management
