Job Summary

A software outsourcing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building deep relationships with our biggest customers and develop our relationships to embed us as a critical provider
  • Being the first point of escalation for your segment of customers
  • Acting as an advocate and voice for the customer in conversations with Product, Delivery and Commercial organizations

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven relevant experience in Customer Success / Account Management roles in a software or services company
  • Experience working with senior and executive-level customers
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets
