Job Summary

A training software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for customers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Conducting ongoing account meetings to communicate best practice
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences with proactive communication

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Customer Success role in SaaS or Change Mgmt
  • Strong acumen of software industry
  • Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to work legally in the US
  • Strong product knowledge of adoption & learning softwares
