Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels within the customer organization
- Being responsible for the deployment and on-boarding of the account
- Collaborating with customers to develop, deliver and execute customer success plans which outline critical success factors
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in a customer-facing success, professional services
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in delivering great value to customers
- Self-motivated, proactive team player, self-learning ability
- Familiarity with the SDLC and/or CI/CD
