Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels within the customer organization
  • Being responsible for the deployment and on-boarding of the account
  • Collaborating with customers to develop, deliver and execute customer success plans which outline critical success factors

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience in a customer-facing success, professional services
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record in delivering great value to customers
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player, self-learning ability
  • Familiarity with the SDLC and/or CI/CD
